This is a device that monitors volcanic gases generated in volcanic tourist areas, geothermal power plants, and hot spring areas. It monitors harmful volcanic gases to the human body and provides warnings.
Volcanic gases are harmful to the human body, and gas accidents in volcanic areas have been reported. Following the eruption of Mount Ontake in 2014, the volcanic activity law was revised, and local governments have heightened their disaster prevention awareness regarding volcanic hazards. Volcanic gases can occur even when volcanic activity has subsided, posing a constant risk in volcanic regions. Even outside of volcanic tourist areas, there is always a risk of accidents due to volcanic gases at geothermal power plants and hot spring areas, making the monitoring of gas concentrations increasingly important for the safety of workers and customers.
Our volcanic gas observation system is battery-operated, requiring no wiring work, and can be easily installed on-site. Communication uses mobile phone signals, so as long as there is mobile phone connectivity, it can be installed anywhere.
The system can detect hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) and sulfur dioxide gas (SO2), and gas data can be viewed on our website. Additionally, if gas concentrations rise, a gas alarm will be sent to the registered mobile phone's Line app, allowing for the sharing of gas concentration alerts within a Line group, thereby enhancing risk awareness among stakeholders.
